QR code with logo

Put your logo in the middle of a QR code in seconds. Upload your logo, match your brand colors, and download a print-ready PNG or SVG that’s checked to scan before you print it.

A website, menu, review page or any text. We add https:// to web addresses.

2. Your logo

3. Colors

Your logo stays in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

Upload your logo to place it in the middle.

Error correction is set to High so the code still scans with your logo on top.

How it works

How to make a QR code with a logo

  1. 1

    Paste your link

Your website, menu, booking page or review link. Any text works too.

  2. 2

    Upload your logo

PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG. Adjust the size and add a background behind it so it stands out.

  3. 3

    Check and download

Wait for the green scan check, then download PNG for screens or SVG for print.

How can a QR code scan with a logo on it?

Every QR code stores its content more than once, using error correction. At the High level, up to about 30% of the code can be damaged or covered and phones still rebuild the full content. A logo uses part of that spare capacity.

That’s why size matters: around 20–25% of the width leaves room for real-world wear, glare and dirt. The three corner squares must never be covered, so the logo always sits in the middle.

Logo tips

  • Use your icon or monogram, not a long wordmark: it has to read at 2–3 cm.
  • A transparent PNG or SVG looks cleanest; turn on the background so the logo doesn’t touch the code.
  • Keep the code dark on a light background. Brand colors work if the contrast stays strong.
  • Test the printed proof with a couple of different phones before a big print run.

Use cases

Where branded QR codes work best

  • Packaging and labels

Your logo tells customers the code is official, not a sticker someone added.

  • Menus and table cards

A branded code matches your menu design and gets scanned more.

  • Business cards

A small logo code on the back links to your site or contact card.

  • Posters and flyers

Recognisable codes stand out on busy noticeboards and windows.

  • Shop windows and counters

Link to reviews, offers or your catalogue in your brand colors.

  • Events and tickets

Badges, wristbands and signage that look like part of the event.

Static or dynamic?

A branded code is a print investment. Make sure you can update it

Free logo codes are static: the link is fixed once printed. QR-10 Pro adds your logo, gradients and frames to dynamic codes you can point anywhere after printing, with scan analytics for every placement.

FAQ

QR codes with logos: questions

Yes. Make as many static QR codes with your logo as you like, with no sign-up and no watermark. They never expire.

Not if it’s sized well. QR codes have built-in error correction: at the High level used here, about 30% of a code can be covered and it still reads. Keep the logo around 20–25% of the width, and the scan check above tells you if it still works.

A square or roughly square logo on a transparent background, as PNG or SVG. Simple shapes with strong contrast are easier to recognise at small sizes than detailed artwork or long text.

No. The code and logo are combined in your browser. Your image never leaves your device.

PNG for documents, websites and social media. SVG for professional printing and large formats: it stays sharp at any size and designers can edit it.

Not with these free static codes: the link is part of the pattern. For codes you can edit and track after printing, use QR-10 Pro, which also lets you add logos to dynamic codes.
