Bulk QR code generator
Make dozens of QR codes in one go: paste a list of links or upload a CSV, pick your colors, and download every code as PNG or SVG in a single ZIP, named the way you want.
Optional names: Name, link per line, or a CSV with columns like name and url. Names become file names. Up to 100 codes at a time.
Made in your browser. Your list is never uploaded.
How it works
How to create QR codes in bulk
- 1
Add your list
Paste links or text, one per line, or upload a CSV from Excel or Google Sheets (File → Download → CSV).
- 2
Choose the look
Pick colors, PNG or SVG, the image size and error correction. The preview updates instantly.
- 3
Download the ZIP
Every code is a separate file, named from your list, plus an index.csv that maps files to links.
CSV format
The first row is the header. QR-10 uses the column named url, link, content or text for what goes in each code, and name, filename, label or sku for the file name. Any other columns are ignored, so you can upload your product sheet as it is.
No header? Put one link per line, or “Name, link”.
| name | url |
|---|---|
| Table 1 | https://bistro.example/menu?t=1 |
| Table 2 | https://bistro.example/menu?t=2 |
| SKU-1042 | https://shop.example/p/1042 |
Use cases
What people make in bulk
Restaurant tables
One code per table, each opening the menu with its table number for ordering.
Products and packaging
A code per SKU linking to manuals, setup videos or reorder pages.
Labels and inventory
Asset tags, shelf labels and stock IDs for warehouses, offices and schools.
Event badges
Each attendee’s badge opens their profile, ticket or contact card.
Classes and sessions
A feedback or attendance link per session or room.
Mail merges
Personal links on letters, certificates and invoices.
Static or dynamic?
Printing hundreds of labels? Make sure the links won’t change
Bulk codes are static: each one contains its link forever. That’s perfect for links that stay put. If a product page might move or a menu link could change, a reprint costs far more than the codes, so use dynamic QR codes you can edit after printing and track.
- Static bulk codes: free, never expire
- Dynamic codes: change the link anytime
- Scan analytics for every dynamic code
FAQ
Bulk QR code questions
Yes. Create up to 100 QR codes per batch with no sign-up and no watermark, and run as many batches as you need. Static codes never expire.
Put the content in a column called url, link, content or text, and optionally a name column (name, filename, label or sku). Other columns are ignored. A plain list with one link per line works too.
From the name you give each row (for example “Table 4” becomes Table-4.png), or from the link when there is no name. The ZIP also contains index.csv listing every file and what it encodes.
No. The codes are generated in your browser, so your list and links never leave your computer.
Not with these codes: bulk codes are static, so each one permanently contains its link. If links might change, create dynamic QR codes in a free QR-10 account instead.
Yes. Any line that isn’t a link is encoded as-is, so you can include text, WIFI:… Wi-Fi codes, mailto: email links or tel: phone numbers.
